COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emcor Ballscrew Co. Ballscrew parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Erg-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 England product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 3051CG5A02A1AH2E5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N1078F9 manufactured by Erg-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Erg-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10023 by Manufacturer England as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand FMR245S3AEKEA4A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Erhardt--Leimer such as DRS equipment made by Erhardt--Leimer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Erhardt--Leimer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Erhardt--Leimer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTL50HATE2AC2E6A made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 25H15SH0100NV1QPPSMJS3 original spares produced by Encoder-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N101852 by Erg-Power and DRS spares by Erhardt--Leimer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
